Prices:                                                                                                                             

• Apartments - Please see our price list for confirmation on www.tignesdirect.com.  The prices are all based on the apartment (and not per person) for one week Saturday to Saturday.  Check in after 5pm and check out by 10am. On request other durations will be considered and will be subject to price on application.

• Hotels and Hotel Suite Prices - Prices are quoted in Euros and detailed on the booking form and supplementary fees may apply.

• Please note the maximum number of guests allowed in No 511 Le Bec Rouge is 7. For other apartments, suites and rooms the maximum number of guests is as specified in the accommodation size. Charges will apply if this is exceeded.          

• Prices are agreed in Euros at time of booking and will not be changed once a booking deposit has been received.         

• Prices exclude linen and towels (unless stated otherwise at time of booking) therefore guests are requested to bring their own. Alternatively these can be provided by our agents in resort and paid for at their published rates.

• Apartments and Suites - Guests are expected to clean the apartment at end of tenancy.  This includes putting all furniture back into its original place, emptying the refrigerator, washing up and tidying away all crockery and cutlery, and emptying all the bins.  Rubbish must be placed in the rubbish containers provided outside the residences.  Where cleaning is required a charge to the refundable deposit will be made.                         

• Prices exclude the local tourist tax which is payable in resort on arrival at the relevant published rate.

 

Payment:                                                                                                                              

• A booking deposit of 40% (Minimum €250) of full price is required  to confirm the booking. The receipt of the deposit payment will mean that you have accepted the terms and conditions outlined on the web-site and contained here in.

• The final payment (full price less booking deposit) is required 15 weeks before start of occupancy period.

• Payments in Sterling will be converted from Euro value using the internet published Post Office sell exchange rate for travel money on day of payment.

• A refundable damage deposit of between €350 and  €800, depending on apartment / suite size, is required to cover any damage/breakages or missing item(s) or exceeding our occupancy limits.  However, in the event that the damage deposit is not sufficient to repair such damage or replace such broken or missing items, customers will be responsible for the additional cost. The damage deposit will be taken by our agent in resort by card or cash when the keys are collected and full terms will be advised at that time by the agent. If you propose to provide a cheque for the damage deposit this will be required 3 weeks prior to occupancy and payment will need to be in Sterling.

• The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure once the apartment / room has been checked and deemed acceptable.  

 

Cancellation:

• A cancellation is effective only when we receive notification from the person who made the original booking. The following standard cancellation charges apply:                                                             

• More than 55 days before start of occupancy– 40% of full accommodation price with a minimum of £100 plus £25 Administration Fee.

• Between 29 – 55 days before start of occupancy- 60% of full accommodation price.     

• Between 15 – 28 days before start of occupancy -75% of full accommodation price.     

• Between 8 – 14 days before start of occupancy - 90% of full accommodation price.      

• 7 days or less before start of occupancy or no show – 100% of full accommodation price.

• For some forms of accommodation different cancellation terms and conditions may apply which you will be advised of at time of booking.

• We would recommend that all our clients ensure that their travel insurance covers holiday cancellation or curtailment as all shortened stays will be charged in full.

 

Terms and Waivers:

• We do not accept any responsibility for deaths, personal injuries, accidents or for any loss or damage to the property or personal effects caused during your stay in the apartment.             

• We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of the booking caused by events beyond our control. Including war, threat of war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, flight/ferry/channel tunnel delays or cancellations, closure of airports, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, flood, fire, smoke or similar events beyond our control.

• Our liability, where accepted, in all circumstances will be limited to the value of the payment received.

• The customer will be required to sign a rental or occupancy agreement prior to occupation. This may occur prior to travelling to, or on arrival in resort when the keys are collected.

• Prices for all additional items and services that are paid for directly in resort are subject to change and the 3rd party provider’s terms and conditions.  This includes additional items and services provided by our agent in resort.
